Dr. Prabhakar Malireddy, Founder & CEO, SourcePulse LLC

Received his PhD in computer science from the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad (1990) and joined the Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge (1991) for his post-doctoral research. Has over 30 years of research and industry experience, and published his research work in the areas of Total Data Quality Management, and Context Interchange among multiple Semantically Heterogeneous Information Systems.

Founded a software company, SourcePulse LLC, in Austin, Texas in 2004, and has been managing the company as its CEO. Prior to starting SourcePulse in 2004, he was a director of engineering at Exterprise, a startup company in Austin which was acquired by CommerceOne. He was responsible for building significant parts of B2C and B2B platforms at Exterprise and CommerceOne respectively. As CEO of SourcePulse, he led several IT business process reengineering projects in both the public and private sectors. Has been working at SourcePulse on building a platform for managing the business transformation process, and developed an application called MITA Pulse to manage Medicaid business transformation projects, sold this product to the states of Georgia, Texas, and Alabama, and is actively marketing for other states.

Ms. Vaiji Raghunathan, Independent Legal Consultant

Vaiji has practiced law in United States of America for several years. She worked at Reitler Kailas and Rosenblatt LLC, a New York-based law firm in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and venture financing. Prior to this, she was in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP in its mergers and acquisitions and bank finance groups. She also practiced in the Chennai for a few years in the areas of corporate law, arbitration and consumer law.

During her tenure in the US, she worked on several cross-border transactions for leading US and global organizations. She also assisted in the establishment of and provided advice to several start-ups. She has a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from Northwestern University School of Law, where she graduated with honors. She received her bachelor’s degree in law (B.L.) from the University of Madras and was ranked first in the University. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, India.

She is actively involved in academics and has conducted several workshops and programs. She was teaching at O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipet and is currently a visiting faculty at The NorthCap University, Gurgaon.
